Exterior Check:
•Look around the yard for anything unusual •Check for visible pest infestations •Check for visible drainage issues •Inspect all points of entry, including windows •Check the condition of landscaping and fencing •Inspect the pool, hot tub, and any outbuildings (if necessary) •Collect newspapers and flyers from the porch •Check the placement of trash and recycling bins (if required) Add-on Services (small fees may apply): •Mail pick-up •Hold mail offsite and/or forward mail •Weekly/monthly car start •Water a large number of indoor/outdoor plants Seasonal Services (fees apply): •Snow removal (we can do it, but may need to bring in snow removal partners for heavy snowfalls) •Lawn maintenance (simple cuts only, we do not monitor watering or fertilizing) |
Interior Check:
•Look for anything unusual and check the interior temperature •Run all taps and flush all toilets •Ensure necessary appliances are running, such as the fridge and freezer •Check the utility room, hot water tank, furnace, and drain with a visual inspection •Arm the security system, if there is one •Adjust lights for added presence, if required •Water indoor plants (up to 5 plants), if required •Take photos of the property, if requested •Keep an official log book with date and photo time stamps for every visit as proof that the property was checked. |
